"Rick Cooper saved us by coming in and certifying our entire staff on a super short notice. His class was very informative. I have taken many CPR and first aid classes and am even a registered medical assistant, and learned things that I have never heard before. The way he teaches helps the information stick. My employees feel confident that in the event of an emergency we are better prepared to handle things in a more prepared manner after our class. We have a much better protocol in place now, thanks to him. Rick was a lot of fun, but also stressed the importance of everything we learned. I will always use their company in the future. Thank you so much Rick Cooper for helping us be a better team!"

A BIG THANK YOU! for conducting the CPR class with very clear information and presentation, most of all humor! Felt a little intimidated for not being able to have enough weight on the mannequin, :-) but it was a good learning moment to know ~that's another point to consider, each mannequin is different as each human body is! Thanks for pointing out and easing that by mentioning the weakness and strength of each person and what they can do to help out. Also, being ready to do it all by yourself when you're alone with a patient. PRESENCE OF MIND in an emergency scenario is also very essential! Scene/book smart combo! Thanks for the injected humorous stories. Made the adrenaline rush of information lighter :-) THANK YOU!
